I have the same issue, was diagnosed with gastropareisis (where your stomach muscles don’t pulse properly to move food along). Not really treatable unless severe but it’s worth seeing a doctor about because there are meds to reduce symptoms!
I haven’t been to the doctor about it since high school. Sure sounds about right. Test after test and all I got was a ton of medicine that made me ever more sick lol. I think I just need to find a better doctor, tbh. Did you have to do the radioactive eggs and toast test? I was in a tube for four hours lol.
